    How we fix a dent

We repair the metal, smooth and prep the area, then refinish it with paint matched to your car and blended into the panels around it. If a panel is too far gone, we replace it.

A note so you know what to expect: we do traditional body-and-paint dent repair. We don’t offer paintless dent repair. When the paint is cracked or chipped, or the metal is stretched or creased, a paintless fix usually isn’t an option anyway, and that’s the work we do.

    What affects the price

    • Size and depth. A small ding is less work than a long crease.
    • Where it is. A dent on a body line or near the edge of a panel takes more work to get straight.
    • The paint. If the paint is damaged, the area gets refinished and blended so it matches.
    • Repair or replace. A panel that can’t be saved means a new one, painted to match.

Most of our repairs start around $1,000 and go up from there. Send us photos and we can usually give you a ballpark. The exact price comes after we see the car in person, because photos can’t show everything underneath.

    Affordable, no claim needed

For a door ding or a small dent, a claim often isn’t worth it once you count the deductible. Pay your own way, with financing if you want it. See repair without insurance. Scratched but not dented? See scratch and paint repair.

Warrantied for as long as you own it

Every repair comes with our lifetime warranty, good for as long as you own the car. The way we put it: we don’t warranty the vehicle, we warranty you.

    Quick answers

Do you do paintless dent repair?

No. We do traditional dent repair: we fix the panel and refinish it with paint matched to your car.

How much does it cost to fix a dent in a door?

It depends on the size, where it is and whether the paint is damaged. Send us photos for a ballpark; the exact price comes after we see it.

Can you fix a dent with scratched or cracked paint?

Yes. That’s exactly the kind of dent we repair: we fix the metal, then refinish and blend the paint so it matches.
