Is it safe to drive?
Don’t drive the car if a wheel is bent or rubbing, fluid is leaking, a headlight or taillight is out, the hood won’t latch, or a warning light came on after the hit. When in doubt, have it towed.
Who pays for the tow
Most of the time your insurance company covers the cost of towing. If you don’t have coverage for it, we’ll give you a discounted price.
Where the car goes
If you’re arranging the tow yourself, tell them to bring the car to Eagle and Sun, 8515 San Leandro St, Oakland. In California, your insurance company can’t require you to use a particular body shop. You choose where your car is repaired (California Insurance Code §758.5).
